AI Governance

Our AI Promise

Eight commitments we hold ourselves to, in plain English.

AI is a tool we use to make the Gabaltech Platform faster and more capable โ€” not a replacement for judgement, accountability or your control over your own systems. Here's what we commit to.

Human-first AI

AI assists the people using our platform. It doesn't act on their behalf without their knowledge, and it doesn't make decisions that should belong to a person.

Security by Design

Every AI-assisted workflow runs through the same security controls as everything else on the platform โ€” least-privilege IAM, secrets management, audit logging. AI doesn't get a side door.

Privacy by Default

We collect the minimum data needed to make AI features useful, and we don't use your prompts or your infrastructure data to train public models without asking first.

Transparent AI

When a recommendation, a piece of code, or a piece of infrastructure came from AI, we say so. You shouldn't have to guess.

Responsible Automation

AI can propose a Terraform plan. It can draft a deployment. It cannot push that change into production on its own โ€” that step needs a human, every time, unless you've explicitly configured otherwise.

Customer Control

You choose which AI provider powers your workflows where we support that choice, and you can turn AI features off entirely if you'd rather not use them.

Continuous Improvement

AI governance isn't a page we wrote once. As models, regulations and our own platform change, this section changes with them.

Trust and Accountability

If an AI-assisted feature gets something wrong, that's on us to fix โ€” not a shrug and a disclaimer. We're accountable for what we ship, AI-assisted or not.
